The short version
We collect almost nothing. The site uses Vercel Analytics (anonymous, no cookies) for basic page-view data. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is handled entirely by Substack — we never store it ourselves. No tracking cookies. No ad networks. No third-party pixels.

2. What we collect
Newsletter subscription (via Substack)
If you subscribe, your email goes directly to Substack. We access Substack's dashboard to see subscriber counts and engagement metrics, but Substack is the data processor. We do not export, store, or sell email addresses.
Anonymous analytics (via Vercel)
Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data: pages visited, country-level geography, device type, and referrer. No cookies are set. No personally identifiable information is collected.
What we do not collect
No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No personal identification beyond what Substack holds for newsletter delivery. No financial information. No browser fingerprinting.

4. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in each email. Since Substack processes the data, deletion requests should be directed to them or to us at hi@bitizenship.com and we will coordinate.
For Vercel Analytics data, no personal data is collected so there is nothing to delete.
5. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
