CryptoTax Map is a free informational tool — not legal or financial advice. We don't collect your data directly: newsletter emails go through Substack, analytics are anonymous via Vercel. We reference Bitizenship, a separate company. Singapore law applies. That's it.
1. What this is
CryptoTax Map is a free informational tool that compares cryptocurrency taxation across jurisdictions. It is operated by Alessandro Palombo through Bitizenship Pte. Ltd. (160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914, UEN: 202412813R).
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Tax laws are complex, change frequently, and vary by jurisdiction. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
2. Accuracy
We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or reliability. Tax regulations change rapidly and this site may not reflect the latest rules in every jurisdiction.
Some data is sourced from government publications, international bodies (OECD, FATF), and third-party research. We do not independently verify every data point.
3. Newsletter
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is collected and processed by Substack, not by us directly. Substack handles storage, delivery, and unsubscription. We do not maintain a separate email database.
We send occasional essays on crypto tax policy, residency strategies, and CARF updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
4. Bitizenship
CryptoTax Map references Bitizenship, which structures citizenship-by-investment and residency-by-investment programs. Bitizenship is a separate commercial entity. Any information about Bitizenship on this site is promotional and does not constitute an offer or solicitation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This includes losses from decisions made based on information presented here.
6. Intellectual property
All original content, data compilations, and design are owned by Bitizenship Pte. Ltd. You may share and link to the site, but you may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute the data without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
